To qualify for a referral award, please ensure the following:
Off-Market Property: The house must not be listed on the MLS or any other public property listing platform.
First to Refer: You must be the first person to send us information about the property and property owner has never contacted us before.
Non-Ownership: You cannot be the owner of the property being referred.
No Conflict of Interest: You must not be a real estate agent, wholesaler, or any other professional involved or compensated in this transaction
Submit your Referral
A completed referral form is needed for each lead.
Once we receive a completed referral form, we will follow up with the owner and notify you within 2-3 business days of the status.
